1989: Axéria Prévoyance created in Paris under the name "Compagnie Parisienne d'Assurance Vie" (CPA VIE). Founded by VIA BANQUE to manage the accident & sickness policies of the industrial subsidiaries of the Compagnie de Navigation Mixte.

1997: Axéria Prévoyance joined APRIL.

Since 2004: Axéria Prévoyance has been fully owned by APRIL.

2005: Axéria Prévoyance set up an Italian branch.

2006: Axéria Prévoyance inaugurated offices in Germany and Spain.

2008: Axéria Prévoyance establishes a branch in Portugal.

2008: Axéria Prévoyance won the "Prix de l'Ambition" (Ambition Prize), awarded by the Banque Palatine and French newspaper La Tribune.

2009: Axéria Prévoyance granted Freedom to Provide Services across the EU.

2013: Axéria Prévoyance has been rated according to the A.M Best rating system.
